  • Calibration (formerly Performance):
    • A new view state will be added to the calibration interface in order to collapse the 9box and histogram from within a session
  • Feedback:
    • Administrators will now be able to include a description in anytime-requested and manager-requested feedback templates 
    • Administrators will now be able to include a custom note in anytime-requested and manager-requested feedback templates
    • There will be visual changes to the user interface in the Feedback module for increased visibility and ease of use

    • Administrators will now have access to audit logging so that they can see which users made various changes and when

  • Analytics:
    • Manager Insights v1 will be sunset and replaced with Manager Insights v2 (which was previously in beta)
  • Calibration (formerly Performance)
    • The Decisions Log will now be enabled for all customers by default
    • Values in cycles will now be properly aligned
    • The menu action icon will now display differently in its hover state for increased visibility
    • When processing a cycle, a processing icon will now appear

Bug Fixes

  • Analytics:
    • In Execution Insights, the "Objectives Recently Updated" will now show an accurate representation of activity within the given timeframe
  • Calibration (formerly Performance)
    • The Talent Export by Box will now be available even if the box labels contain special characters (the characters will just be converted to "-")
    • Custom talent keys will display properly on the Talent Record Export by Box
    • Long usernames will be properly shortened with ellipses in the Talent Record table
    • The Decisions Log will properly extend to the bottom of the screen
    • The Decisions Log will once again display even when the count is just 1
    • The "department" filter in sessions will once again show the appropriate data
    • The "employee" column will no longer be highlighted when viewing the Decisions Log
    • The Talent Record Export headers will now remain docked as the user scrolls 
  • Engage:
    • Survey participants will no longer see a language in the translation drop-down if the administrators did not add a translation for that language
    • Administrators will be able to designate a question as a "driver impact analysis outcome question" from the user interface
    • If an administrator clones a survey and decides to remove the existing language translation, the new survey will launch in English (as opposed to launching in the original survey's language) 
    • The "category" filter in comments (survey report) will no longer be applied once it's been removed
  • Feedback:
    • If a feedback provider cancels a draft of their response, they will no longer be prompted by the erroneous "decline feedback" pop-up modal
    • A padding issue in Feedback → Give will be corrected
    • A scroll bar display issue in Feedback → View will be corrected
    • The description box will no longer hide the rich text option in the anytime manager-requested feedback template
    • The due date for anytime-requested feedback will once again display when the feedback card is collapsed
    • Removing the "https://" from a URL in the description of a feedback template will no longer cause the URL to display in a different field
    • If a feedback recipient has no current objectives, the panel will no longer display a link
  • OKRs:
    • The "Update Frequency" section of the dashboard view (in the Objectives module) will once again display the correct data
    • The "Convert to an objective" option will once again display in the Additional Actions drop-down menu of a key result
  • Platform:
    • Notifications will once more be sent out in advance of a conversation cycle's start date (provided that System Notifications and notifications in the conversation template are enabled)
    • The BambooHR section (in Admin → Platform Configuration → Third-party integrations) will now verify customer subdomains before saving credentials
    • Conversation data pulled via the Betterworks API will no longer contain extraneous digits in the timestamp

  • Calibration (formerly Performance):
    • Super Admins will now be able to rename the Calibration module by going to Admin → Platform Configuration → Organization Branding → Naming 
  • Feedback:
    • For anytime requested feedback and anytime manager-requested feedback, the drop-down menu will be replaced by a button that allows users to add multiple providers at once and include a custom note
    • For anytime give feedback, users will now be able to add a custom note 
  • Mobile (Betterworks iOS and Android apps):
    • Users will now be able to select any of the anytime give feedback templates that their organization's Super Admins have made available (as opposed to only having access to the default template)
    • Managers will now be able to request feedback for their direct reports
    • Managers will now be able to select any of the anytime manager-requested feedback templates that their organization's Super Admins have made available (as opposed to only having access to the default template)
  • Platform:
    • In Admin → User Management → Administrators, Super Admins will now be able to sort the administrator list by the "Name" and "Admin Since" columns

  • Analytics:
    • The email body design for Usage Dashboard exports and reports will be upgraded
    • The Usage Dashboard's user interface will be upgraded
  • Calibration (formerly Performance):
    • Calibration report notifications now include cycle and session names
    • The Decisions Log pagination components will be upgraded
    • The Talent Records Export by Box will now include all standard and custom talent keys from the calibration template
    • When searching in a calibration cycle, the fraction of completed sessions will now display as a results change
  • Feedback:
    • The visibility permissions for custom anytime manager-requested feedback templates will now match the default anytime manager-requested feedback template.
    • The questions in an anytime requested or anytime manager-requested feedback template will no longer be editable once the feedback has been requested.

Bug Fixes

  • Analytics:
    • The department drop-down menu (in Admin → Program Management → Reporting → Reports) will once again display the correct list count when multiple departments are selected
  • Calibration (formerly Performance):
    • The column name in the Talent Record will no longer contain extra white space when viewed dynamically
  • Conversations:
    • If a conversation question is mandatory and accepts a paragraph response, the red asterisk will display on the same line as the end of the question (as opposed to after a line break) 
    • When cloning an anytime conversation template, the # of days that a participant has to complete the conversation will no longer be cloned
    • Selecting a department in the Conversation Answers Report will now return data for HR Admins
    • If a user does not have any questions to answer as part of a conversation they will no longer see the "You haven't started this conversation" status on their Conversations list page
  • Feedback:
    • When cloning an anytime requested or anytime-manager requested feedback template, the # of days that a provider has to submit their feedback will no longer be cloned
    • When cloning an anytime requested or anytime-manager requested feedback template, the questions will remain editable
    • Feedback requests will once again be visible by providers in Feedback → Give → To Do
    • The extra white space between cards (in Feedback → Give → To Do) will be removed
    • In Feedback → Give, the text over the drop-down will be corrected from "Who would you like to request feedback from?" to "Who would you like to give feedback to?"
    • The broken link in Admin → Feedback → Settings will be updated so that Super Admins are directed to the correct article in our Knowledge Base
    • The visibility warning text above an anytime manager-requested feedback form will be corrected to accurately reflect user visibility 
    • Feedback requests will no longer display in Feedback → Give → To Do once that feedback request has been fulfilled
    • A user's preferred name will now be displayed over the "Notes" table in Feedback → Give → To Do
    • A feedback card will no longer collapse if the feedback provider removes their response to a scale-type question
    • Managers will once again be able to expand long responses (upon clicking the "More" link) when viewing the Feedback Summary for their direct reports
