Released to the Production Environment on May 21st

Fixes

  • Engage:
    • The "Segment by" drop-down menu in survey and poll reports was displaying dimension keys (i.e. "reports_to"), instead of dimension labels (i.e. "Reports To"). This has been fixed.  
  • Integrations:
    • The Feedback flow of the Betterworks bot for Microsoft Teams contained a typo ("you" instead of "your"). It has been fixed. 
    • Previously, when a user declined a feedback request in the Betterworks bot for Slack, the modal displayed a blurb indicating that the requester would be notified by email and Slack. However, the requester is only notified by email. As a result, the mention of a Slack notification has been removed.

Released to the Preview Environment on May 21st

New

  • Analytics:
    • The Measures of Success (MOS) guidebook has been added to the Advanced Analytics dashboard. This guidebook provides basic insights into the overall health of any organization's Betterworks program.

Updates

  • Homepage:
    • The Announcements card on the new homepage previously defaulted to closed. It now defaults to open to show all announcements. 
    • The Goals card on the new homepage previously displayed goals progress as "On track," "Needs attention," and "At risk." The list has been reordered to "On track," "At risk," and "Needs attention" to better indicate the severity of each status.
  • Integrations:
    • In the Betterworks bot for MS Teams, the weekly digest notification has been updated to go out on Mondays at 8 am (user's timezone). Previously, the notification went out at 8 am (organization's timezone).
    • In the Betterworks bot for Slack, the weekly digest notification has been updated to go out on Mondays at 8 am (user's timezone). Previously, the notification went out at 8 am (organization's timezone). 

Fixes

  • Homepage:
    • The Goals card on the new homepage has a progress chart that did not adjust to the correct size when viewed on a tablet. This has been fixed.
