Updates
- Analytics:
- In the Advanced Analytics dashboard, any analyses will now default to the time period selected on the homepage (Insights → Advanced Analytics → Home). By default, the time period is the current year (i.e. 2024).
- In the Advanced Analytics dashboard, the feedback recipient and provider email addresses are now shown in the relevant drill-downs and exports.
- A metric has been added to the Advanced Analytics dashboard; Average Performance Rating (Numeric) - Pre-calibration by Employee. The metric is available in both Starter and Premium versions of the dashboard.
Fixes
- AI:
- In the Goal AI Assist feature, a bug that prevented previous goal cards from changing position when a new goal was suggested has been fixed.
- Integrations:
- The error message that is triggered when a Super Admin attempts to upload a user data file while another file is already processing was not displaying properly. This has been fixed.

- A bug that prevented the Betterworks application from retrieving the correct date/time of 1:1 sessions from the associated calendar event has been fixed.
- Calibration:
- A bug that caused calibration sessions to timeout has been fixed.
- A bug that prevented calibration session participants from submitting their comments has been fixed.
