New

  • Integrations:
    • Conversations will now be available in the Gmail plugin
    • There will now be a "Refresh" button specifically for the plugin (separate from the "Refresh" button or icon in the user's internet browser)
  • Platform:
    • Data can now be retrieved using UUID and API GET endpoints/filters
    • Date ranges can now be provided in API calls to pull data that was created/modified during that timeframe
    • Feedback, feedback requests and conversation endpoints can now be called by users without administrator permissions (as long as they have an API key assigned to them)
    • An "expired" field will now be included in data returned from feedback API calls 

Updates

  • Engage:
    • Survey previews will be sent irrespective of organization's business hours
  • Feedback:
    • Users who are nominated to provide feedback will no longer be able to submit said feedback once the cycle has ended

Bug Fixes

  • Engage: 
    • Email addressed can once be added via copy/paste to the Audience section of a survey
    • Survey exports will once again show dimension data
    • When Hindi is selected as a translation language, the survey text will now only display once (as opposed to multiple times)
  • Feedback:
    • Having the skip level visibility option unchecked in a feedback template will no longer prevent administrators with Super Admins permissions from deploying the feedback cycle
    • Feedback that is requested by managers will once again be visible to them as long as manager visibility is checked in the feedback template
  • Integrations:
    • Users will no longer experience a blank screen on their Gmail plugin when a new version is released
  • Performance:
    • The Calibration landing page will no longer be distorted (i.e. table headers and columns misaligned)
    • Administrators with HR Admin permissions will once again be able to delete Calibration sessions that they've created
    • Administrators with Super Admin permissions will once again be able to map conversation template questions to Calibration talent keys

  • Conversations
    • Anytime conversations will now have a configurable due date (as opposed to just the default of 3 days with a 57 day grace period where the conversation will display in "Past")
  • Feedback:
    • Feedback cards in View and Give → Completed will now be collapsable
    • The "Decline request" option will now appear at the bottom of the feedback form
    • "Stale" requests (requests that remain unfilled after the cycle has ended) will now be removed automatically 
    • Feedback cards in the Feedback Summary will still be collapsable, but will be easier to read
  • Performance
    • HR Admins can now only create Calibration sessions for users within their scope 
    • The Calibration histogram will now display the percentage of the total population
    • The text area for Calibration talent keys now expands into a text modal

Updates

  • Analytics:
    • There will now be a limit to the time range available when generating reports in the Usage Dashboard (1 year prior to current date)
    • There will be visual changes to the Usage Dashboard including a category filter for objective reports, an update to the "Overview", "Breakdown" and "Underlying data" tabs, updated buttons and a more clear success banner that references the report queuing process
  • Performance
    • API calls that previous pulled data from the "Breakdown" and "Underlying Data" tabs in the Usage Dashboard, will now point to the updated "Overview" tab instead
    • API calls for hashtags and teams can now filter on date and time

Bug Fixes

  • Feedback:
    • Feedback will once again be visible to managers (provided that the feedback template was setup so that managers can view feedback for recipient)
    • Feedback will once again be visible to feedback provider under Give → Completed once the feedback has been submitted
  • OKRs
    • Key results that are connected to any of our integrations (i.e. JIRA, Udemy, etc.) will once again update progress automatically
    • Users will once again be able to update scope (attribute) on an objective or key result via the "Bulk Edit" option.
  • Performance
    • HR Admins can now delete sessions that they've created
