Betterworks is investigating the Apache Log4j 2 incident. Betterworks does not use the technologies impacted by the vulnerability. Betterworks does use managed services and we are reviewing our providers’ reporting and no breach has been reported. We will continue to monitor the situation and provide updates if required.
Update as of Dec. 14th, 2021:
We have reviewed our 3rd party providers and no breaches have been reported. All 3rd party services potentially exposed to the vulnerability have been upgraded and are no longer vulnerable. The issue is determined to now be closed and no further risk is exposed.
