The Betterworks team are aware that an issue is still impacting some of our customers using SAML SSO. The team is evaluating a new fix to resolve issues for those still affected.

The Betterworks team attempted an additional fix but was unsuccessful. The team is evaluating a new fix or potential rollback of the Tuesday evening release.

The Betterworks team has confirmed the customers impacted are those customers using SAML SSO that are not currently logged in to Betterworks. Users with an active Betterworks session are not experiencing issues.
