Betterworks is currently experiencing an issue affecting the Asana and GitHub integrations for all organizations on our Production environments (US and EU). The details of the issue are as follows:
- Missing Integration Cards: When a Super Admin navigates to Admin → Platform Configuration → Integrations for the first time, the Asana and GitHub integration cards may fail to appear due to an API request failure.
- Inconsistent Integration Status: After reloading the page, the integration cards do appear with a status of "Connected" or "Not Connected." However, even when marked as "Connected," the integrations are non-functional due to incomplete or failed API responses.
- Issues Linking Key Results (KRs): Users attempting to create a Key Result (KR) and link it to the Asana or GitHub integration (via the Goals page) may not see the integration icons, or the integration modal may become stuck in a loading state, preventing the KR from being linked.
- Pre-existing KRs Impacted: Any pre-existing KRs linked to these integrations may also be affected, with progress updates from the integrations not being reflected.
