Production Environment

Conversations

  • Bug Fixes:
    • Anytime Conversation question numbers will now be in alignment (format) with the associated questions
    • On the Conversations list page, the "Contributors" column will no longer appear for Conversations that don't have additional contributors enabled
    • If the questions in a Conversation template are changed while a Conversation is in progress, contributors who were invited after the change will no longer see those changes reflected and instead will see the same questions provided to the manager and other contributors
    • Super Admins will now be able to submit a "request to edit" on a participant's behalf ever if only that participant's side of the Conversation is locked (i.e. questions for the direct report were set to lock before that of their manager)

Feedback

  • Bug Fixes:
    • Permissions text for Skip level managers will now display under Feedback -> Summary
    • Feedback templates will no longer be referenced by "Topic" under Feedback -> Request
    • If Skip level managers are included in the permissions for a feedback template, the text will now inform feedback providers that "Only Admins and [name of Skip level manager]" can see their responses (rather than "Only Admins")

Engage

  • Bug Fixes:
    • New surveys that are linked to previous surveys will no longer error out when launched

Performance

  • New:
    • Calibration
      • Landing page will now display one cycle at a time
      • Columns will now be sortable
      • "Facilitators" column will be available (and contain user profile photos
        • Facilitators are the users who are calibrating the specific session
      • Custom filters will now be available 
        • These filters will correspond to the custom fields in the organization's user file and can be viewed by going to Admin -> User Management -> Users -> Custom Fields 
  •  Updates:
    • Custom fields will be added to the Talent Record export
  •  Bug Fixes:
    • Calibration cycles will now process in Preview Environment

Platform

  • New:
    • Super Admins will now have the ability to rename custom fields from the organization's user file (replacing the default names of "custom_01", "custom_02", etc.) by going to Admin -> User Management -> Users -> Custom Fields
  • Updates:
    • Users can now deactivated on a future date (rather than as soon as any value is detected in the "deactivation_date" field) 
  • Bug Fixes:
    • HRIS file processing will no longer be intermittently interrupted

Preview Environment: Coming in (2) Weeks

Conversations

  • Bug Fixes:
    • Skip level managers visibility of Conversations
      • Skip level managers will now see correct Conversations status (i.e. "Not Started" or "Complete")
      • Skip level managers will now see due date of confidential questions to be answered by manager
      • Tool tip within Conversation will now correctly reference Skip level visibility to all questions (i.e. one level down, two levels down or everyone down the reporting line)
      • Tool tip within Conversation will now reference Skip level visibility to confidential questions
      • "Ready to share?" pop-up modal will now reference Skip level visibility 

Engage

  • New:
    • Action plans will be available for OKRs

OKRs

  • New:
    • Categories (re: key results)
      • Categories will now be available at the key result level (if enabled by Super Admin)
      • Key result categories will now be viewable in the Details tab when viewing a key result
      • Categories will contain separate counts for use among objectives and key results (Admin → Program Management → Objectives→ Settings→ Categories)
      • Key result categories will now be viewable in the "All Objectives and Key Results" report
      • Key results with categories will now be viewable in the objectives list exports
      • Key Result categories will now be available in the API
  • Update:
    • Warning message will display to user who attempts to enable objective weights
    • Warning message will display to user who attempts to change business calendar (Admin → Platform Configuration → Organization settings → Business calendar) if objective weights are already enabled

Performance

  • New:
    • Calibration
      • Talent Record export option will now be available in session menu
      • Custom fields will now be flagged in session view
  • Updates: 
    • Calibration
      • Direct link to applicable Knowledge Base article (Admin → Program Management → Calibration→ Cycles → Actions→ Lock→ Learn more)
  • Bug Fixes:
    • Calibration
      • Custom field no longer duplicates when applying custom filter
      • "N/A" will no longer display as an option under standard filters
      • Talent Record export will now trigger automated email
      • Arrow icon will now display on the previously selected after user navigates back from other modules
