Production Environment

Analytics

  • Bug Fixes:
    • "Goals I Follow" filter now accurately displays goals in the treemap
    • Asana and Github integrations now correctly populating the cheerworthy/nudgeworthy section

Conversations

  • Updates:
    • When creating an Anytime Conversation, drop-down menu will default to the user's manager (if the user themselves does not have any direct reports)
    • If there are no conversations with skip level access for a manager, the tab will now be hidden
    • After-meeting questions will now be consistently displayed in live state

Integrations

  • Bug Fixes:
    • Gmail 
      • Improved security by upgrading the jquery to latest version 
      • Home and logout options are now displayed
      • Correct UI and verbiage are now displayed when an objective is updated
      • User is now taken to homepage
      • Asana and Google Sheets icons are now displayed against the integrated KRs
    • JIRA
      • Previously searched items will no longer be populated
      • Clicking JIRA icon on key result will now open linked issues in JIRA

OKRs

  • Bug Fixes:
    • Objectives PPT export
      • The export will now follow an organization's custom naming conventions
      • OKRs without comments will no longer generate a separate slide

Performance

  • New:
    • Created a flag that shows/hides most recent Calibration label and ratings on Performance Snapshot
  • Updates:
    • Profile card now displays when hovering over employee icon in Calibration session
  • Bug Fixes:
    • "Loading failed" error no longer displays when removing and re-adding manager in Calibration session
    • User can now leave a talent key blank after updating an incorrect value

Platform

  • New:
    • API documentation for Conversations, Feedback, Recognition reports, groups and hashtags
  • Bug Fixes:
    • API keys for Calibration are now functioning as expected 
    • Admin groups and "purchased licenses" are now displaying in the Admin module

Analytics

  • Bug Fixes:
    • Child departments are now correctly shown under parent departments in the treemap when the "Departments" view is selected
    • The current business period is now correctly displayed as an option in the business period drop-down menu after a previous business period has been selected
    • Applied filters are now persistent on the page when the user refreshes

Conversations

  • Updates:
    • Conversations+ 
      • "Add/remove contributors" option now displays on Conversations list page in all supported languages
      • Manger's "Notes" are no longer displayed to contributors
      • "Your conversation is complete" will now remain checked for a manager even if a contributor unchecked the option on their end
      • For conversations where both the manager and direct report need to answer, but the "Allow managers to invite additional contributors" is disabled, a tool-tip will now display that reads: "Contributors can no longer be added or removed" (when the manager hovers over the lock icon)
      • Users can no longer see the "add/remove contributors" option when the Contributor column is not displayed
      • Count for manager's shared answers is now displayed in "View more <X>" if the contributor is also a Super Admin or HR Admin
      • "Awaiting response" will now display if contributors have not shared their answers
      • Count is now displayed once contributors have shared their answers
  • Bug Fixes:
    • Resolved issue where notifications regarding feedback were triggered when feedback had not been submitted

Engage

  • New:
    • 2021 favorability benchmarks are now available for use
  • Bug Fixes:
    • Verification code emails received by users will now have the sender alias as Betterworks Engage instead of Hyphen

Integrations

  • New:
    • Users will be able to access Betterworks University using Single Sign-On (SSO)
  • Bug Fixes:
    • Gmail
      • Users can now view co-workers' objectives when clicking on their email
      • There is no longer a limit to the # of objectives displayed
      • A loading icon will now appear when there is a delay in displaying a large number of objectives
      • The correct colors will now display in the progress bar of team objectives

Performance

  • Updates:
    • In Calibration, if a talent key has been renamed, the custom name will now display when a user moves another user from the "do not promote" to "promote" box (via the drag method)
  • Bug Fixes:
    • Calibration is now accessible when creating/editing a session then quickly going to the Admin module

Platform

    • API
      • Call for list of all users with the Get Users endpoint
      • Call to get cycle details for a specific Calibration cycle
