Overview
The analytics view offers insights into your visitors’ activity with your application. Betterworks Guides users can monitor how often their end users are logging into the application and how active the users are. The views can be filtered by segment (the same segments you used previously for guide targeting may apply here) as well as time frame.
You are able to view:
- Total Visitors
- Average Daily Time Spent on App
- Visitor Counts: Today, Yesterday, Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days
- Visitors Over Time
- List of Visitors
Visitors List
The Visitors List shows a record of all users who have logged into the application since Betterworks Guides was enabled. By default, the list shows Visitor ID, Last Visit, Days Active, and Events. You can customize the columns to show additional information using the predefined metadata available. To customize your columns, click on the three vertical dots located in the top right corner of the Visitor widget.
