Production Environment

Analytics

  • Bug Fixes:
    • Execution Insights
      • Teams and Departments no longer displayed in the treemap if they have a headcount of 0
      • My Directs no longer shows skip level reports, only the viewer's direct reports as individual contributors
      • Team-owned objectives will no longer be counted multiple times (i.e. counted as an objective for every user who is part of the team)

Conversations

  • Updates:
    • Main navigation bar will now remain in place when user scrolls to bottom of page
    • Peer user no longer displays under "Select All" if manager of direct report user is updated
    • "Confidential questions end date" field will now populate when Admin user visits a conversation template containing after-meeting questions
    • Super Admins and HR Admins can now view feedback in the side panel while in a conversation
    • Tool tip displays when user tries to edit the grace period of the cycle after the cycle end date
    • User can now delete an overlapped cycle if template is in grace period
  • Bug Fixes:
    • Manager is seeing user who isn't their direct report
    • Approved "Request to edit" not allowing edits

Feedback

  • Updates:
    • Admin user will no longer be able to select a past collection end date in a feedback template that is in-progress

Engage

  • Updates:
    • Employees will now receive notifications from an an email address ending in:
      • @betterworks-mail.com
    • The URL to access Betterworks Engage by the employees is now:
      • https://engage-web.betterworks.com
    • The URL to access Betterworks Engage by the Admins is now:
      • https://engage.betterworks.com

Integrations

  • Updates:
    • EU hosted customers can now use the the Betterworks mobile app
  • Bug Fixes:
    • Users can now access Betterworks via our plugin for Microsoft Outlook

Performance

  • Updates:
    • If Calibration is turned off from the Admin module, the "Add Cycle" button will now be disabled
  • Bug Fixes:
    • Calibration filters now no longer error out if a user's job title contains "&"
    • Calibration box number is no longer visible if applicable field is flagged as "off" in the transferred JSON file
    • Promotion rationale will now appear as read-only if it is configured as such in the transferred JSON file
    • Performance Snapshot no longer displays as a blank page in preview environment

  • Bug Fixes:
    • "Goals I Follow" filter now accurately displays goals in the treemap

Conversations

  • Updates:
    • When creating an Anytime Conversation, drop-down menu will default to the user's manager (if the user themselves does not have any direct reports)
    • If there are no conversations with skip level access for a manager, the tab will now be hidden
    • After-meeting questions will now be consistently displayed in live state

Integrations

  • Bug Fixes:
    • Gmail 
      • Improved security by upgrading the jquery to latest version 
      • Home and logout options are now displayed
      • Correct UI and verbiage are now displayed when an objective is updated
      • User is now taken to homepage
      • Asana and Google Sheets icons are now displayed against the integrated KRs
    • JIRA
      • Previously searched items will no longer be populated
      • Clicking JIRA icon on key result will now open linked issues in JIRA

OKRs

  • Bug Fixes:
    • Objectives PPT export
      • The export will now follow an organization's custom naming conventions
      • OKRs without comments will no longer generate a separate slide

Performance

  • New:
    • Created a flag that shows/hides most recent Calibration label and ratings on Performance Snapshot
  • Updates:
    • Profile card now displays when hovering over employee icon in Calibration session
  • Bug Fixes:
    • "Loading failed" error no longer displays when removing and re-adding manager in Calibration session
    • User can now leave a talent key blank after updating an incorrect value

Platform

  • New:
    • API documentation for Conversations, Feedback, Recognition reports, groups and hashtags
  • Bug Fixes:
    • API keys for Calibration are now functioning as expected 
    • Admin groups and "purchased licenses" are now displaying in the Admin module
