Updates

  • Engage:
    • Favorability text changes in the survey reports
      • ‘Overall favorability’ has been changed to ‘Favorability’ in the survey report.
      • The favorability description is now available next to the ‘Favorability’ heading ('Overview' section).
      • A new link has been added to the end of the favorability description that triggers a pop-up modal explaining the calculation behind the favorability score.

Bug Fixes

  • Analytics:

    • In Advanced Analytics, a bug that caused users with a current performance rating, but no past ratings to be counted in ‘Performance Progression’ has been fixed.

  • Calibration:
    • A bug that caused organizations to encounter an error when attempting to pull talent records via API has been fixed.
    • A bug that caused feedback to display in a user’s Performance Snapshot and Print Summary despite the feedback template having been configured to hold feedback until after the cycle ended has been fixed.
