- If a user with a recurring 1:1 (aka a 1:1 series) is deactivated, no new 1:1s will be created in that series and the series will automatically be moved to the "Archived" tab

- The limit of 1:1 cards that can be displayed in the "Active" and "Archived" tabs has been increased to 30

- Analytics:
- In HR Insights, a bug that caused text to spill out of the designated frame when translated has been fixed
- App Platform:
- Missing annotations have been added to the public Betterworks API documentation
- A bug that removed the manager from a reactivated user has been fixed
- Conversations:
- A bug that gave conversation participants the ability to set a goal's scope and type from their conversation page (provided that scope and type attributes are enabled and the conversation template is configured so that participants can create goals from the conversation page) has been fixed
- A bug that triggered a console error when a user attempted to create an anytime conversation has been fixed
- A bug that caused the "Answer" button to display when the "Confirm Meeting" button was needed has been fixed
- A bug that caused some automated conversation notifications to be sent on the incorrect date has been fixed
- A bug that caused some ad-hoc conversation notifications to be sent to the incorrect participants (i.e. participants who completed their conversations were sent reminder notifications) has been fixed

- A bug that allowed users who did not have access to the Topic Analysis section of a survey report to view the data in a CSV export has been fixed

New
- 1:1s:
- If a user has more than one recurring meeting with the same colleague, they will be able to view and select from all of the recurring meetings when creating a 1:1 series
- After a user connects their calendar to the 1:1s module, it will sync once every hour
- Analytics:
- Administrators will be able to download data from previous 1:1s via the 1:1s report (Admin → Program Management → Reporting → Reports → 1:1s)
- In the Conversation Status section of HR Insights, administrators will be able to select from the list of managers who have not completed their conversation and click "Send Reminders" to trigger an external email with the selected managers in the BCC field
- In the Conversation Status section of HR Insights, administrators will be able to select from the list of managers and click "Email Report" to trigger an external email with the selected managers in the BCC field
- When an administrator downloads a report from the Admin module (Admin → Program Management → Reporting → Reports) the filters that were applied will be referenced in the Excel file
- Data Platform:
- The Audit Log Report will track users who enable progress locking, users who disable progress locking, and users who update the # of days for progress locking to take effect
- Integrations:
- Organizations will have the option to enable the UKG Pro integration directly (this previously required intervention from Betterworks engineers)
- For organizations who have moved to the new UKG Pro integration, Super Admins will be able to force a sync and receive an automated email if there is an error
Update
- 1:1s:
- Once a 1:1 series is no longer active it will automatically be moved to the "Inactive" tab (as opposed to having to be moved manually by the user)
- Before a 1:1 email reminder is sent, the Betterworks application will check for any updates to the related meeting in the user's calendar
- If a user attempts to create a 1:1 that doesn't occur on an interval of 15, 30, or 45 mins, the time will automatically be updated to the next interval (i.e. a time of 11:39 AM will automatically be updated to 11:45 AM)
Bug Fixes
- 1:1s:
- A bug that forces users to refresh their page in order to see agenda topics and action items that were rolled over from a previous 1:1 will be fixed
- Analytics:
- A bug that causes the 1:1s report to display "0mins" instead of "60mins" for 1:1s that had a duration of 60 minutes will be fixed
- A bug that causes the Feedback Answers Report to generate with column headers, but no data, will be fixed
- A text correction will be made in the Recognition Report to replace mentions of "goals" with "recognition"
- App Platform:
- A bug that allows users to create a goal through API without setting the scope and type attributes for the associated milestone (when scope and type are required) will be fixed
- Conversations:
- A bug that prevents conversation participants from seeing the new due date after an edit request was approved will be fixed (specific to conversations that contain confidential questions)
- A bug that allows Super Admins to enable the overdue notification option (Step 7: Notifications) in a scheduled conversation template, then save the template without entering a #, will be fixed
- Feedback:
- A bug that prevents users from expanding feedback cards if feedback was given anonymously will be fixed
- A bug that prevents managers from selecting some direct reports from the "Request feedback for" drop-down menu will be fixed
- A bug that causes administrators to receive an edit request for feedback that had already been deleted will be fixed
- Goals:
- When a goal is reassigned, the previous owner's role will automatically be updated to Editor instead of Participant (updating to Participant caused visibility issues)
