  • Accordion-style menus (expand/collapse) have been updated so that they're recognized by screenreaders 
• Analytics:
  • The Conversation Responses section of HR Insights now displays all departments as opposed to only displaying departments with data
  • The Conversation Responses section of HR Insights has a new and more exhaustive color palette that is more neutral in tone, but still clearly distinguishable 
• Engage:
  • The Betterworks logo has been updated throughout the Engage application

  • A bug that caused users to receive notifications for an upcoming 1:1 that they previously declined has been fixed
  • A bug that limited the # of calendar meetings that could be imported as 1:1s to 20 has been fixed
  • A bug that prevented meeting updates from displaying in connected 1:1s has been fixed
  • A bug that caused declined or deleted 1:1s to display in the 1:1s Weekly Summary notification has been fixed
  • A bug that prevented a strikethrough from displaying on a 1:1 if the connected meeting was declined (after the date had been changed) has been fixed
  • A bug that allowed users to edit or delete past 1:1s has been fixed

Updates

• Accessibility:
  
  • Changes will be made so that the radio buttons in Feedback → View can be easily identified by screen readers
• Feedback:
  • The radio buttons on the edit request page (Admin → Feedback → Settings → Request to edit) will be changed to checkboxes
• Integrations:
  
  • If the title of a LinkedIn Learning course changes, any integrated milestones will now automatically be updated within the week

Bug Fixes

• 1:1s:
  
  • An issue that prevents new 1:1s from being created from a connected, recurring Google Calendar meeting will be fixed
  • Users will no longer be able to copy/paste images into private notes (as this functionality was never intended and causes loading issues)
• Analytics:
  
  • A bug that prevents the "Email Report" button from displaying in the HR Insights module will be fixed
  • A bug that prevents the "Load More" button from displaying additional comments on the Manager Insights module (milestone overlay) will be fixed
• App Platform:
  • A bug that prevents users from adding/updating the phone number in their user profile will be fixed
  • User profile buttons will be moved to prevent awkward text wrapping when text is translated
  • A bug (related to newly added UUIDs) that causes conversation API calls to return an error will be fixed
• Calibration:
  
  • A bug that allows some users who do not have the ability to trigger manager notifications in the Betterworks user interface to do so from the API will be fixed
• Conversations:
  • Incorrect text on the edit request page (Admin → Conversations → Settings → Request to edit) regarding notifications that are sent out has been updated
  • A bug that prevents Super Admins from selecting cycle dates in a scheduled template (after they select then deselect the "Hard word limit" option) will be fixed
  • A bug that prevents a validation error from being triggered when a Super Admin enters an invalid manager submission date (Admin Review Period) will be fixed
• Feedback:
  
  • A bug that triggers an error banner when users select "No" on the "Are you sure you want to cancel this feedback?" pop-up modal will be fixed
  • A bug that allows Super Admins to set a limit for the # of feedback providers that can be auto-selected (even though the scheduled template is configured to have "No defaults") will be fixed
  • A bug that prevents the requester from removing a feedback provider from their list (even though the request has not yet been sent out) will be fixed
  • A bug that prevents a validation error from being triggered when a Super Admin enters an invalid cycle date will be fixed
  • A bug that allows Super Admins to deploy a feedback template (scheduled or anytime) without selecting the depth of skip level visibility will be fixed
