Updates
- 1:1s:
- The 1:1s list will no longer auto-refresh as users scroll down the page
- Analytics:
- A tooltip in the Usage Dashboard (Admin → Program Management → Report Usage Dashboard) has been expanded for clarity
- Tooltips throughout the Insights module (Manager Insights, Execution Insights, and HR Insights) have been expanded for clarity
- Notifications that are generated from the Conversation Responses section of HR Insights now contain question details (i.e. question type, optional/required, which participant responded, etc.)
- The response legend in the Conversation Responses section of HR Insights now includes percentages (i.e. if a scale question has a potential response of "Agree" or "Disagree", the response legend now includes the percentage of conversation participants who selected each response)
- If a conversation template is not configured to grant skip level visibility, skip level managers can no longer access the "View Conversation" button for the related conversations from within Manager Insights
- Program Insights was sunset given that the Insights module (which includes Manager Insights, Execution Insights, and HR Insights) has been available to all Betterworks Enterprise customers for several months
- Manager Insights v1 was sunset given that Manager Insights v2 has been available to all Betterworks Enterprise customers for several months
- App Platform:
- A bug that caused an API goal call to return numerical values (as opposed to color values) for the "condition" field has been fixed
- Calibration:
- The "Create Cycle" and "Create Session" buttons have been re-styled for visual cohesion
- Help text has been added to the calibration cycle page to inform users when their search returns no results (as opposed to users just seeing a blank page)
- Engage:
- Surveys will now be listed in order of creation date by default
- Users who are granted View Access (or higher) to any survey will now also automatically be granted Insights Access
- Feedback:
- The feedback edit request table (Admin → Program Management → Feedback → Settings → Request to edit) has been updated to display checkboxes as opposed to radio buttons
- Integrations:
- The Betterworks mobile app (Android) no longer requires the "usesCleartextTraffic" permission (no visible impact to the mobile app)
- Authorization for the Google Sheets integration has been upgraded to improve connection (no visible impact to the integration)
Bug Fixes
- 1:1s:
- A bug that allowed 1:1s notifications to be generated after the 1:1s module was disabled has been fixed
- A button display issue in the 1:1s Weekly Summary notification has been fixed
- A bug that prevented an updated meeting time in Outlook Calendar from being reflected in the connected 1:1 in Betterworks has been fixed
- A bug that prevented a deleted meeting in Outlook Calendar from deleting the connected 1:1 in Betterworks has been fixed
- Analytics:
- A tooltip in the HR Insights Settings (Admin → Program Management → HR Insights → Settings) that is missing information has been fixed
- App Platform:
- A bug that triggered a 500 sever error in response to conversation API calls has been fixed
- A bug that caused a delay between when goals are created and when they appear in the Goals module has been fixed
- Calibration:
- A bug that limited the number of visible calibration templates to 20 (Admin → Program Management → Calibration → Cycles → Create Calibration Cycle → Select Calibration Template) has been fixed
- A bug that prevented talent records from being generated for users whose managers are deactivated before the calibration cycle is processed has been fixed
- A bug that prevented the most recent calibration rating from displaying in a user's Performance Snapshot (matrix chart only) has been fixed
- A bug that allowed some HR Admins and managers to view (but not edit) a calibration cycle that they should not have had access to (by copying/pasting a shared URL) has been fixed
- Conversations:
- A bug that allowed Super Admins to delete an Admin Review Period from a scheduled conversation template during the Admin Review Period has been fixed
- Incorrect translations in the Conversations list view (for organizations or users whose default language is Español) have been fixed
- A bug that allowed managers (whose direct reports were deactivated) to view the "Create" button in their Conversations list view, despite having no one to engage in an anytime conversation with, has been fixed
- A bug that allowed users to submit a new conversation edit request after a previous edit request for the same conversation was approved, has been fixed
- A bug that triggered a "You have met with [name] on invalid date" message when a conversation participant clicks the "Confirm Meeting" button on their conversation has been fixed
- A bug that allowed conversation participants to submit their conversation responses without answering a mandatory question has been fixed
- A bug that triggered edit request notifications when there were no edit requests present has been fixed
- Engage:
- An error in the connection between Engage and Slack has been fixed.
- Feedback:
- A bug that allowed Super Admins to grant skip level visibility when creating anytime give and anytime request templates (even though anytime manager-requested templates are the only templates that should allow this) has been fixed
- A bug that prevented data validation messages from displaying when a Super Admin filled out an anytime feedback template has been fixed
- A bug that triggered a feedback request declined notification to a direct report, despite the feedback template being configured without direct report visibility, has been fixed
- Integrations:
- A bug that triggered a 500 server error when a user attempted to integrate their milestone with MS Excel 365 has been fixed

- Accordion-style menus (expand/collapse) will be updated so that they're recognized by screenreaders
