- Analytics:
- An HR Insights bug that caused the calendar year button to go back several years when clicked has been fixed
- A Manager Insights bug that triggered a "[field] cannot be none" error when administrators attempt to remove metrics in the Admin module has been fixed
- App Platform:
- A bug that caused special characters in some users' names to be changed (i.e. "á" changed to "?") has been fixed
- A bug that allowed non-administrator users to see the name, weight, and other details of private goals by using the goal weights API call has been fixed
- Calibration:
- A bug that prevented results from displaying when a user entered another user's full name in the "Employee Name" or "Manager Name" filters has been fixed
- A bug that caused the "Create" or "Save" button to remain disabled after a user was added to the session has been fixed
- A bug that prevented users from editing a talent key field in a session if their language was set to French has been fixed
- Conversations:
- A bug that caused a conversation button to display as "Answer" rather than "View Conversation" has been fixed
- A bug that caused conversations to display in the "Skip Level Conversations" tab when skip level managers were invited to a conversation as an additional contributor has been fixed

- A UKG Pro bug that prevents employee terminations in UKG Pro from being reflected as user deactivations in Betterworks has been fixed

- Administrators will have the option to enable/disable the 1:1s module from the Admin module
- Analytics:
- Users will be able to view completion stats on the Conversation Responses metric card on HR Insights
- Conversations:
- Administrators will be able to edit an Admin Review Period if the dates have not yet passed
- Feedback:
- Unanswered questions will no longer count toward the averages in the Feedback Summary
- The table in Admin → Feedback → Settings → Request to edit will now contain a "Shared" column to show the date that feedback was originally shared
- Goals:
- Administrators will be able to set up goal and milestone locking
- Integrations:
- Betterworks will now access BambooHR via OpenID Connect to improve the flow of data (no change to the way administrators use the integration)
Updates
- 1:1s:
- The text for re-linking a previously disconnected 1:1s series will be changed for clarity
- Analytics:
- Emails that are generated from the Conversation Responses metric section of HRI Insights will now contain question details (i.e. question type, optional/required, which participant responded, etc.)
- Confidential questions in the Conversation Responses metric section of HR Insights will now be labeled to differentiate them from general conversation questions
- The "Department" segment in the Conversation Status and Conversation Responses metric sections of HR Insights will be changed to "Employee's Department"
- App Platform:
- A translation audit and cleanup will be completed to address sections of text that remain in English when a user or organization's default language is changed
Bug Fixes
- 1:1s:
- A participant will no longer receive notifications for a 1:1 or 1:1 series that has been deleted by the owner participant
- A bug that causes the wrong participant name to display in the 1:1 details will be fixed
- A bug that prevents the owner participant from archiving a 1:1 series that has ended will be fixed
- App Platform:
- A bug that causes a 500 error when some organizations use a conversation API call will be fixed
- Conversations:
- An erroneous visibility message in the conversations popup modal will be fixed
- A bug that triggers that calendar in the "Submit Deadline" field of a conversation template after the date has passed will be fixed
- A bug that prevents administrators from editing conversation templates that have submit and review deadlines will be fixed
- A bug that triggers a "you have met with [user] on invalid date" message to a new manager after they've taken ownership of a conversation will be fixed
- Feedback:
- A bug that triggers a console error when a user attempts to open a feedback card in Feedback → View will be fixed
- A bug that triggers a decline notification if a user cancels their feedback submission (anytime give) will be fixed
