• App Platform:
  • The Admin Proxy (user impersonation) feature will now be enabled for organizations by default
• Conversations: 
  • If a conversation participant submits a request to edit their responses and the request is approved, the conversation will only reopen for the participant who made the request (as opposed to reopening for both participants)
• Feedback:
  
  • When a feedback provider views their open feedback requests (Feedback → Give → To-Do), manager-requested feedback will now have a blue badge to distinguish it from feedback that was requested by the direct report
• Goals: 
  • User email addresses will now display when searching for goal owners (Goals → Filter Menu → Owner)

• Analytics: 
  • The HR Insights dashboard will now include the applicable date range for "Usage in past # days" (tabular view)

  • Text in goal weights settings (Admin → Program Management → Goals → Settings) will be realigned

Bug Fixes

• Analytics:
  • A data mismatch in the HR Insights dashboard for "Completion rate, ranked by manager shared" has been fixed
  • Filter names in the HR Insights dashboard will now respect custom naming (as set in Admin → Platform Configuration → Organization branding → Naming) 
  • An overlay bug in the HR Insights dashboard (where the overlay won't close if a user clicks the back arrow on their internet browser) has been fixed
• App Platform:
  • Single Sign-On outage (SAML)
    • Changes have been made to the Betterworks production environments to address the outage that occurred and prevent future occurrences
    • Those changes will also be reflected in the Betterworks preview environments
  • An unrelated bug that prevented some users from logging in via Single Sign-On while others in their organization were able to, has been fixed
  • A bug that triggered a "There was a problem saving your recognition" error for some users when they attempted to submit recognition, has been fixed
  • A bug that prevented some users from viewing recognition in the Recognition module has been fixed
• Conversations:
  • A performance bug in the Conversations API functionality has been fixed
  • If the Feedback module is disabled, the Feedback widget will no longer display in the right-side panel of individual conversations 
  • A bug that led to a scheduled conversation cycle being automatically deleted has been fixed
  • Conversation participants will now be able to click the "Confirm meeting" button after sharing responses even if the scheduled conversation template is configured so that the questions lock when responses are shared
  • An erroneous tooltip next to "Additional lock options" (scheduled conversation templates) has been corrected
  • An erroneous tooltip next to "Some questions lock on an earlier date" (scheduled conversation templates) has been corrected
  • An overlap display issue in the edit history of an individual conversation has been fixed
  • A bug that prevented some skip level managers from editing notes in individual conversations, has been fixed
• Data Platform:
  • Conversation reports will now reflect ownership changes (i.e. when a new manager takes ownership of an existing conversation) 
• Engage: 
  • A bug that prevented phase names (in the Life Cycle Analysis feature) from displaying properly, has been fixed
  • A bug that prevented users added via the user interface (as opposed to a CSV upload) from being counted towards manager/administrator visibility permissions, has been fixed
  • A bug that allowed some users with blank values in various fields to be added to a manager/administrator's scope, has been fixed
• Feedback:
  • If multiple feedback providers submit an edit request, all of their names will display in the request list (Admin → Program Management → Feedback Settings → Request to edit) as opposed to one feedback provider's name displaying multiple times
  • Skip level managers will no longer see a console error when viewing their skip level conversations list (Feedback → View → Skip Level)
  • A bug that prevented feedback responses from displaying in the Feedback Summary (specifically, responses to scale questions where the feedback provider chose the first option), has been fixed
  • A bug that caused a "1" to be displayed in the Feedback Summary when providers don't answer scale questions, has been fixed
  • A bug that caused the "Submit" button in the edit request list (Admin → Program Management → Feedback Settings → Request to edit) to remain active after an administrator already submitted their selection, has been fixed
  • A bug that resulted in a profile photo displaying in the print preview of the Feedback Summary for a user who doesn't have a profile photo, has been fixed
  • A bug that resulted in the trash icon remaining visible next to the selected option in a scale question has been fixed
  • A bug where a scheduled feedback template is configured so that feedback is shared after the cycle ends, but the configuration isn't reflected in the Feedback Summary, has been fixed
  • A bug that resulted in the print icon being visible through the Feedback Summary even when the template is configured so that feedback is shared after the cycle ends, has been fixed
• Goals:
  • If goal assessments have been disabled, the assessment filter and values will no longer be visible in the chart view (Goals module)
  • A bug that triggers a "There was a problem with your request" error to display for some users when they attempt to change the target metric of a milestone, has been fixed
  • A bug that triggers a "There was a problem with your request" error to display for some users when they attempt to change a goal's owner, has been fixed

• Analytics: 
  • HR Insights:
    • The "email report" functionality that allows the users to export the data along with selected filters via email will now be available for all the metrics (this was previously only available for the Conversation Status metric)
    • Apart from the configured business period, will now be able to select a custom date range and filter all metrics accordingly
    • Batching will now be implemented for all HR Insights email reports, breaking up large amounts of data into multiple files for an easier download process
  • Feedback template names will now be included in the Feedback Adoption Report
• Conversations:
  • Question numbers will be added to the drop-down menu for scheduled conversations

  • A bug that prevents some administrators from adding a cycle to a scheduled conversation template while another cycle is in progress, will be fixed
  • A bug that prevents some administrators from adding cycles to templates that are cloned or inactive, will be fixed
  • A bug that prevents some administrators from creating a scheduled feedback template after selecting the “Require employees to confirm they met” option, then adding/deleting cycle dates, will be fixed
