Enable the Recognition Wall
You can enable the Recognition Wall by going to:
Admin → Program Management → Recognition → Settings → On
Note: Be sure to refresh your browser to show the Recognition module at the top of your Betterworks page.
Configuring Hashtags
You can configure hashtags by going to:
Admin → Program Management → Recognition → Settings → Enable suggested hashtags
Then, enter your hashtag in the "Add new hashtag" field and click "Save".
Note: Do not type "#" before your hashtag text.
Add Recognition to Slack
Enable the recognition feature in our Slack integration so that your employees don't have to leave the platform they're already working in to give their colleagues recognition.
