Benchmarking Data

As of November 2023, our benchmarking data has been enhanced with more detailed industry and size segments. Additional questions have been incorporated into templates covering DEIB (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging), engagement, management, and environment categories.

Our framework Includes benchmarks, by industry and company size. Many of our preset questions include benchmark data. This enables you to compare your engagement scores and engagement driver scores to the industry average in your industry:

  • Fortune 1000
  • Banking
  • Financial Services
  • Insurance
  • Health Care & Hospitals
  • Hospitality
  • Construction & Heavy Industry
  • Biotech & Medical Devices
  • Professional Services
  • Retail
  • Software & Information Technology
  • Creative & Media
  • Transport & Logistics

and of your size:

  • 250-1000 Employees
  • 1,000 - 5,000 Employees
  • 5,000+ Employees

Our benchmarks for each {industry x size} segment are based on panel data collected from a randomized set of 1,200 US-based employees, combined with data collected from our 60+ customers (150,000+ employees). We update our benchmarks as more data is collected.
