Exporting Data from Betterworks

Where should I start?

Once a Betterworks instance reaches its contract end date, Betterworks removes all customer data within 7 days. The most common areas of Betterworks that administrators choose to export data from are:

• Reporting
• Goals

For objectives, you can simply go to the Goals module and export data to either PPT or XLS:
