Non-receipt or rejection of Betterworks notifications can be caused by settings within your organization's email client (i.e. Gmail, Outlook, etc.) or by the following applications that run alongside the email client:

  • Spam blocker
  • Anti-virus 
  • Anti-malware

To ensure that users receive notifications, a member of your organization's IT Team will need to safelist the items in the following section in all of the necessary applications.
