Users with Super Admin privileges can add, update, and remove administrative privileges from within the BetterWorks Admin portal.
Navigate to the “Manage Departments and People” section of the admin portal to manage the various administrators at your company (note: only Super Admins can access this section.)
Once you have scrolled to “Managing Admins,” you will see a simple list of the current admin within your organization. You have the ability to:
- Add new administrators to this list.
- Change the privileges of existing administrators from Super Admin to Admin, or from Admin to Super Admin. To learn more about differences in privileges, please read our Understanding BetterWorks Admin abilities article.
- Remove someone’s administrative privileges completely.
Whenever you update someone’s privileges, we will let them know via notification.
