BetterWorks looks different on Internet Explorer 11 than it does on other web browsers

Some BetterWorks images may not display correctly on Internet Explorer.

Here's why: many of our icons are packaged as fonts. Internet Explorer does not load all of our fonts automatically. If the blue plus icon and other images are missing, Internet Explorer needs to be configured to allow downloading fonts in order to show them.  

Note: If you can't follow these steps on your computer, contact your network administrator.  

Configuring IE to download fonts

  1. There is a setting in Internet Options > Security.
  2. Then either in Internet or Trusted sites, (if you'd like to add app.betterworks.com to your trusted sites), click Custom level...
  3. Scroll to Downloads, and set "Font download" to Enable
  4. Refresh the page, and you should see all our icons.
