Updates to Conversations and Feedback
In our latest release, we demoed cycle specific templates, as well as Feedback and Conversations reporting.
- Take more control over administering your performance program with cycle specific Conversations and Feedback templates.
- Obtain more details from adoption reports with new columns such as employee ID, feedback declined, and feedback requested.
- Conversations adoption reporting now shows you who's started conversations, employee IDs, and notes.
